While there’s a chance you may grow to like it, it’s easier to give your trainer a full idea of your likes and dislikes so they can create a program you want to do. For example, if you love to dance, your trainer may suggest you attend a weekly group training such as Zumba or barre.
Finally, be open with your emotions. It is a trainer’s job to help you deal with the ups and downs of going on a fitness journey. An experienced trainer will have heard it all before. They know how to help their clients refocus their energy and identify the barriers that are holding them back from achieving their fitness goals.
